These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and add7a ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the add7a website at add7a.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, slot games, promotional offers, and the add7a cashier.

By completing the add7a registration process, logging into an existing account, or accessing any part of the add7a platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this document;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another party;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

add7a reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to close a registered account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or a violation of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, add7a will provide written notification to the email address registered on the account.

All financial transactions on add7a are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). add7a supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and major card networks (Visa and Mastercard). The availability of specific channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. add7a does not accept third-party deposits;
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within the add7a cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted periodically;

• Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified player account will be held and subject to investigation. add7a will make reasonable efforts to return unmatched deposits to the originating payment account within 5 Bangladesh Standard Time business days.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the add7a account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited;
• add7a reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Pending verification, withdrawal amounts will be held in a queue and processed immediately upon successful identity confirmation;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier at the time of the request. Processing times vary by method but add7a aims to review and approve standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, Bangladesh Standard Time;
• Bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering conditions will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount;
• add7a does not charge fees on player withdrawals. Any charges applied by the receiving bank or mobile financial service are the responsibility of the player and are outside add7a's control.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before any portion of the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). The following general principles apply to all add7a games and betting markets:

In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the player's account balance;
• Disconnection policy: If your connection to a live casino game or sports betting session is interrupted, add7a's system logs will be used as the definitive record of the game or bet state at the time of disconnection. add7a is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Players who believe they have experienced a technical error or an incorrect game outcome may submit a dispute via the add7a live chat or support email. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant transaction date. add7a will investigate and provide a written response within 10 Bangladesh Standard Time business days of receiving the dispute.

As a registered add7a player, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and the reasonable expectations of a fair and responsible gaming community. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account or payment details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate transaction with your payment provider without first raising the matter with add7a support;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with add7a games, sportsbook markets, or the cashier in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Where such exploitation is detected, add7a reserves the right to void all affected transactions and recover any funds extracted through the exploit;

• Using the add7a platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing add7a staff or other players via the live chat or any other communication channel;
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with add7a's technical infrastructure, databases, or security systems.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in, at add7a's sole discretion: immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances where permitted by law, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities, and civil or criminal legal action where the circumstances warrant it.

add7a may suspend or permanently close a player account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against add7a without prior engagement with the support team;
• Detection of prohibited software, bots, or automated tools on the account;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A legal, regulatory, or court order requiring account suspension or closure;
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login or financial activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable administrative fee, will be communicated to the player at the registered email address before any fee is applied.

Where an account is closed by add7a for reasons other than a terms violation, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method within 10 Bangladesh Standard Time business days of the closure decision.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting add7a support. A closure request submitted via live chat or email will be processed within 1 Bangladesh Standard Time business day. Any remaining verified balance will be returned as described above. Please note that voluntary account closure is distinct from self-exclusion — if you are closing your account because you are concerned about problem gambling, we strongly recommend using the self-exclusion tool instead, as it includes additional protections and prevents re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period.
